Just Frog Workshop- 2nd time

Updated: May 31, 2018

On the Sunday Morning me and Joan went to captivelight workshops to do their frog workshop which I have done before and loved and I could still quite happily go back and do it again as each time you get different photos.

The first frog we had this time was Krispy the Fringed Leaf Frog. Just like last time she was really energetic and was good fun getting her walking as well as sitting for photos

The next Frog that they brought out was their tiger legged frogs which were a favourite from the last visit. This time we had them on twigs which made the photos really interesting and meant I had different photos than the last time as well as having some the same.

Our next frog was the Red Eyed Tree frog where we did a similar thing with the flower before moving on to an open flower to get photos on there.

We then went back to the tiger legged frog and did them on the open flower which was pretty cool and worked really well.

We then created the moss scene which is always amazing watch how it all goes together where we then had the red eyed tree frog to begin with on the set up and the frog was a lot livelier than they were the last time I went.

We then got Rolfie the Bornean Eared frog out for a turn which well was interesting he was in his active mood and once they decide they are going to jump they do jump no matter if the thing moves.

Then we had the frog that I really wanted to see as it arrived shortly after I went the last time. Pukka the South American Horned frog and he was just as stunning as I thought he was.

We then moved on to the water photos where we used the red eyed tree frog, False tomato frog, South American horned frog and ruby eyed tree frog.

When we were photographing the false tomato frog the owner pointed out what people call it when they are shown the bottom. What does this remind you of?

They call it a roast chicken!!

Thank you Miles for another great session with the frogs will be back again.
